The Executive Board is seeking input (not an official vote at this time) from Unit Owners regarding amending the Allocation of Interest found in Schedule A-2 of the Declaration.

I would be willing to vote for an amendment for all Units to have the same HOA amount ($225.00/mo. for all Units). I would be willing to vote for an amendment for Units 25 & 26 to be adjusted to reflect a higher allocation of interest (Units 3,6,12,13,17 = $175.57/mo. | Remaining Units = $236.32/mo.). I would not be willing to vote to amend the allocation of interest (Units 3,6,12,13,17 = $179.82/mo. | Remaining Units = $240.57/mo.).
