Hi, my name is Amber Fairfax the owner of PINC Management, LLC. I have been involved in property management much of my life, in addition to helping both of my parents who have owned and managed real estate. In 2010, I became a Certified Credit Compliance Professional for Low Income Housing Tax Credit as an on-site manager of a 108-unit Section 8 housing complex. I took a seven-year hiatus to dip my toes in retail management, meanwhile helping part-time with some of the day-to-day operations of PINC. I officially took over PINC Management, LLC in January 2018. I received my Certified Manager of Community Associations certification (CMCA) in October 2018.
Since then, PINC has grown! We have a staff of four, and a portfolio that includes managing 26 Condominium Associations, three family properties, commercial properties, and 1200 individual Units/rentals. I am extremely passionate about my job, in addition to being detail oriented and well-organized. As a home-based business owner, I can pass along savings to my clients. With a large network of licensed contractors and vendors I am additionally able to get competitive bids for services and jobs. I reside in Thomaston, CT, with my husband, Kenny, four kids, Mckenzie, KJ, Mia, Aaron, and our dog Bear. We are excited to announce that we are expecting another Fairfax to the family. Amber is a sports enthusiast and has a competitive mindset. She is compassionate about supporting the things that matter in her life. She plays on a local softball team every year. She volunteers to help raise awareness and money for literacy. She supports her children's activities by sponsoring and volunteering.
