My name is Amber Fairfax, and I am the owner of PINC Management, LLC. I have been involved in property management for much of my life, assisting my parents in the ownership and management of real estate. In 2010, I became a Certified Credit Compliance Professional for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit while working as an on-site manager at a 108-unit Section 8 housing complex.
After taking a seven-year hiatus to explore retail management, I continued to help with some of the day-to-day operations of PINC part-time. I officially took over PINC Management, LLC in January 2018 and earned my Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification in October 2018. I am extremely passionate about my work and pride myself on being detail-oriented and well-organized. As a home-based business owner, I can offer my clients savings. Additionally, I have a large network of licensed contractors and vendors, allowing me to obtain competitive bids for services and projects. I live in Thomaston, CT, with my husband, Kenny, and our five children: McKenzie, KJ, Mia, Aaron, and Trey, along with our dog, Bear. As a sports enthusiast with a competitive mindset, I am dedicated to supporting the causes that matter most to me. I play on a local softball team each year and volunteer to raise awareness and funds for literacy, St. Jude's, and the Thomaston Soccer Team. I also actively sponsor and participate in my children's activities. |
