ASSOCIATION FEES

Association fees are $225.00 a month with an Assessment of $42.00 a total of $267.00 due by the 10th of each month.  If your payment is received later then the 10th a $50.00 late fee will be charged to your account.

Tenants

All Unit Owners who have tenants are responsible for the actions of their tenants. Tenants must follow the Rules and Regulations at all times.  If a violation occurs you will receive a warning.  All violations that occur after warnings will receive a $50.00 fine each time.

If any information regarding a unit owner or tenant needs to be updated (new car, new tenant, etc.) the Unit Information Sheet needs to be updated.
