If you are homeowner in one of the condominium Associations we manage then you will find some of the most frequently asked questions here.
Financial Questions & Inquiries
Any questions regarding your homeowner's HOA or condo fees must be done via email ONLY. We are not longer answering questions regarding your statement, invoice, missed checks, etc., over the phone. Written documentation is a must.
Examples:
You need to know if we received your check
I have been sent a 10 Day Demand Letter
I want my late fees removed
I disagree with my past due notice
I sent out my payment but you didn't receive my check
I received a letter from an Attorney
Again, all must be in written documentation.

Summer Reminders
- No fireworks allowed.
- No blow up pools allowed.
- No bird feeders allowed.
- No lawn chairs or lawn toys, children toys, etc., are to be left on Association property.
- Washing your car is not allowed on Association property.
- No open flame fire pits or barbecue grills allowed.
- Gas grills must be at least 15 away from the building when in use.
- No plantings of herbs or vegetables on Association property.
- Please remember If you plant flowers near or next to your unit this is common area and you no longer own them. If they get destroyed or need to be removed you will not be reimbursed for the cost.
- Doing your own outside repairs or cutting the lawn around your area is not allowed.
