Wilde Wood Survey 2025

    Wilde Wood Condominium Association, Inc., just paid $21,200.00 to replace the roof of the D Building. The E Building will be the next roof requiring replacement, and is estimated to cost about the same. The Board is seeking owner input on the best solution to refund the money withdrawn from the Reserve Account.

    Please complete the necessary fields below and choose Option 1 or Option 2:
    Option 1:
    Increase HOA $25.00/month.
    $25.00 a month x 51 units x 12 = $15,300.00/year contributed solely to the Reserve.

    Option 2:
    Special Assessment. 
    • Impose a special assessment of $21,200.00 (less than 15% of the operating budget)
    • $21,200 divided by 51 units = $415.69 per unit.
    • HOAs remain the same at $275.00 + a one-time payment of $415.69.
    • Owners may opt for a payment plan option; the term would depend on the fiscal year in which the Special Assessment occurs.
