Request For Exterior Change
Any homeowner or unit owner who wishes to make changes to the outside must complete a
Request for Exterior Change.
This includes decks, windows, doors, garage doors, paving, tree removal, stairs, etc. Please note that when replacing windows, doors, and garage doors, they must be the same color and style.
Work must be completed by a licensed and insured person or company. Once the request and supporting documents (see below) have been received, they will be emailed to your Board of Directors for approval.

*A sketch or outline of proposed change (especially for more detailed works such as solar panels, decks, paving, etc.)
*Copy of permit from your town
*Certificate of Insurance from the contractor naming the Association and PINC Management.
